1.Eat That Frog by Brian Tracy
Eat a live frog first thing in the morning and
nothing worse will happen to you the rest of the day.
The idea behind it is that each morning if you complete a task that you will
most likely procrastinate on, you go about your day knowing you’ve done it and
the rest of your day will be easy in comparison. For example, let’s say you
have to do laundry, grocery shopping and prepare a report on the same day, and
you know that you hate doing laundry. According to the book, the way to
prioritize your to do list is to start doing the task that you will most likely
procrastinate on. In this case, it would recommend that you do your laundry first
before you do anything else. Once you have gotten the dreadful task out of the
way, going grocery shopping and preparing a report don’t look that bad in
comparison and you will feel more empowerment. It’s a very simple technique but one of the most powerful in my opinion. It has been a big game changer for myself in the amount of work I can do in a day. I often refer to this technique as “frog eating” and whenever I have to prioritize my to do list I always remind myself with this catchphrase: if you have to eat two frogs, eat the ugliest one first.
Recommendation
Eat That Frog is the most accessible book on time management and personal productivity – I recommend you read this one before you learn any particular time management system. There are tons of exercises and techniques that you can implement right away, and that is what I like the most about the book – it gives you actionable steps so you can start right away. There is not a lot of theory and the book’s focus is on implementation.
Once you have read the book as your foundation – learning or adapting a productivity system will be easier. If you are serious about getting more things done, this would be a great book to start with.

2. Mega living BY Robin Sharma
This is an ideal book if you have never read
some of the popular "self-help" books like "7-habits of highly
effective people", various Dale carnegie, Napolean hill, and other
popular books. Robin Sharma has condensed the essential ideas from all these
books into his mega-living program. He's also added some classic Indian
philosophy of Yoga and karma, etc into the whole blend. The book definitely
makes a good read.

4. The Seven habits of highly effective
people by Stephen Covey
As Tina Turner has put it in her song
"Simply the best". I am not going into reviewing this Covey's Jewel,
I believe you can find enough convincing comments on the paper version of this
know-how well. However, let me comment on why I believe audio version is a
better choice. First of all with audio book, you are not ripped off anything
from the text version. Secondly, you can literally hear sound of the arguments
that Covey puts into fire. But above all, you can inhale the Covey's notions
with yours eyes closed. And this kind of experience you should try ... real
pleasure
In The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People,
author Stephen R. Covey presents a holistic, integrated, principle-centered
approach for solving personal and professional problems. With penetrating
insights and pointed anecdotes, Covey reveals a step-by-step pathway for living
with fairness, integrity, service, and human dignity -- principles that give us
the security to adapt to change and the wisdom and power to take advantage of
the opportunities that change creates.

8. You can heal your life
his is one of the best books I have ever read on Personal
healing. In her book, Louise explains the very basic need of healing and how
negative thoughts and life style can affect us, and just by simple healing
techniques how we can make our dreams come true, and how we can really 'create'
a truly happily ever after life for ourselves. The affirmations of her book are
truly healing and it really heals you physically and mentally. Believe it or not,
for someone who was physically and mentally ill for years, this book helped me
a lot and completely made over my life. Today, I can proudly say that I am very
healthy and happy and I designed a truly happy life and I am in fact living it.
I think this book will be my life guide throughout my life, and Louise, my
personal doctor. I will recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a
serious self help for your physical and mental health.
